Plain-language policies
Renewal
Monthly and yearly licenses renew at the end of each period. You are reminded before renewal and can change the device count at renewal time.
Transfer
Replaced a PC or the admin machine? Request a transfer from the customer portal. Once approved, the old activation is deactivated and the new one can activate.
Cancellation
Cancel any time; your license stays active until the end of the paid period. Perpetual licenses never expire — only update eligibility does.
Offline grace
Your Master renews its license lease online periodically. If the internet is down, protection keeps working during the offline grace period of your plan.
